Naman Sood
For heavy-casting technical reviews, vendor-approval discussions, large-account commercial conversations and capacity planning.
Talk to the foundry
Bhawani's policy is to respond to a serious enquiry within five working days, with a written feasibility note from the foundry. No sales scripts. No auto-replies. If the casting isn't right for us, we'll say so — and where useful, point you to who is.
Three different conversations. Three routes in.
Start with the lifecycle briefing and the five-point audit — then a 30-minute commercial conversation against your existing suppliers.
Send it across. You'll get an engineering response from the foundry — not a sales reply.
Request a vendor approval pack — reference projects, customer lists (under NDA) and capacity-allocation discussion.
The people you'll actually be talking to
For heavy-casting technical reviews, vendor-approval discussions, large-account commercial conversations and capacity planning.
For drawing submissions, quotation requests, vendor-approval forms, technical clarifications and routine commercial correspondence.
Send the drawing. We'll tell you the truth.
Drawing review enquiry
Upload your casting drawing and a brief context note. Within five working days you'll receive a written response from the foundry engineering team: feasibility assessment, indicative lead time, suggested specification refinements, and the two or three open questions that change the casting. No quote until both sides agree the specification is right.
When you need it within the week.
When the casting decision can't wait
Emergency replacement escalation
Heavy castings fail at the worst possible moments — mid-campaign, mid-pour, mid-shift. Bhawani holds a working stock of common-spec slag pots, chocks and standard heavy castings for emergency dispatch. If a campaign-critical casting fails, your first call is the foundry direct line — not the email inbox.
Identify casting type, weight class, plant location and required dispatch date in the first message. Expect a held-stock availability confirmation within four working hours during plant hours.
Questions buyers ask before the first email
No. Every serious enquiry is reviewed by the foundry engineering team and answered in writing within five working days.
All customer drawings and technical data are handled under Bhawani's NDA policy. We're happy to sign customer-specific NDAs before drawing exchange.
No. Bhawani exports to Southeast Asia, the Gulf, Latin America, Africa, the USA and Europe. We exhibited at METEC / GIFA 2023, Düsseldorf.
Within five working days of receiving a complete drawing and operating-condition brief. Lead time depends on pattern availability and heat-treatment cycle — typically 12 to 18 weeks for custom heavy castings.
Both, depending on the enquiry. Vendor-approval discussions, large-account engagements and technically complex castings come to Naman directly. Routine enquiries are handled by the engineering and marketing team — and escalated as required.
Yes — references are shared on signed NDA, after a first commercial discussion. We don't publish customer names on the open web, out of respect for customer confidentiality.
